Provide us with materials to be processed, such as self-made lyrics, melodies, requirements, etc. by the above contacting ways. We will have a further discussion on the materials provided and difficulties we may come across during the production process.

4. Copyright Ownership:

There will be a discussion on copyright ownership between our customer and our company. Following are the normal rules:

¢Ù Songs: If lyrics and melodies are both composed by the customer, she/he has the full copyright; if either lyrics or music is made by our company, our company has the copyright of lyrics/music. (Copyright can be purchased with extra money)

¢Ú Music: A customer has the full copyright of tunes composed by himself/herself, and vice versa. (Copyright can be purchased with extra money)

¢Û The above principals are partially applicable to works containing video frequency like MTV, Flash TV, and the like. A customer has the copyright of video frequency made by himself/herself; vice versa. (Copyright can be purchased with extra money)
Tips: If the customer is unsatisfied to only have partial ownership of works, please contact us to make a transaction on copyright. This principal are suitable for original tunes and its variations/partitas involved in the above 3 ones.

5. Price:

Our company will make an evaluation according to a customer¡¯s requirements on styles, difficulty, time limits, etc. And we will give you the quoted price on the basis of service items. (Tax Paid) The deal is done after your confirmation.

6. Contract Confirmation:
Our company will make a contract with the customer on this project, which will be sent to you by Email, Fax, etc. (Opened by Office and WPS), and among which we fill in the blue blanks and our customer fills in the red. We suggest customers carefully read the contract, esp. the obligations and rights. Email the contract to us with no signature after your confirmation. Our contract will be furthered after our company¡¯s confirmation.

7. Contract:

The representative of our company would sign on the confirmed contract. After the customer receives the signed contract, affix his/her signature and fax it to us. Up to this point, both our company and the customer have the signed cntract, which legally goes into effect. We strongly advise you type a copy of the contract. (Tips: According to the Contract Law of People¡¯s Republic of Chian, a fascimile contract and the signature have legal effcet. )

10. End Product:

We would get in touch with you and email the end product (A compressed wave document) to you as soon as we finish it. At the same time, a disc containing the finished music and all the receipts would be mailed to you in 3 days (China Mainland) or in a week (Oversea countries).
